Before sending a correction
- The exact page URL and claim that needs correction.
- Your current server time and the date you checked it.
- A screenshot, video timestamp or first-party source supporting the change.
- What the current client showed, without including account credentials.
Material changes are published in the corrections log.
Official support boundary
We cannot recover Roblox accounts, handle purchases, moderate players, grant rewards, or speak for the game creators. Use Roblox and creator-owned channels for official support.
